BAOL to MBA, Accelerated Degree

This accelerated program allows you to maximize your time to completion while reducing tuition and book costs. The BAOL to MBA builds crucial business skills including leadership, management, human resources, data analytics and more.

BAOL to MBA Degree Overview

Combined BAOL to MBA students may graduate up to three terms sooner than those finishing separate bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. This accelerated degree program prepares graduates to lead employee-centric enterprises by focusing on the foundations of leadership theory, organizational behavior, business functions and processes. The admission process for the MBA program begins during the student’s senior year of the BAOL program.

As a student, you will:

  • Analyze and evaluate business functions and processes.
  • Evaluate and formulate effective domestic and global business strategies.
  • Integrate ethics, corporate social responsibility and sustainability in decision-making.
  • Identify, study, communicate and implement effective leadership of a diverse workforce.
  • Develop skills for becoming a mid-level manager in a variety of industries, from government to education.
  • Emerge as someone who can multitask efficiently, quickly research and solve problems, and cope with demanding deadlines.

I was impressed by the quality of Brandman instructors who were absolutely committed to providing their students with the knowledge and skills to help with their career development.
Angelo C. | BA, Organizational Leadership,
The fact that Brandman University was a not-for-profit school, really sealed the deal for me. I wanted to be able to attend a college, where I knew that my money, my tuition, was being used for the school and not being paid to the shareholders.
Gordon W. | BA, Organizational Leadership,
I’m over the moon that staff there made it so easy, and I learned so much that I could apply to my work right now. I improved myself in leadership competencies and it’s made me a much better leader for the Department of the Navy.
Michele R. | BA, Organizational Leadership,
