The Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration program helps develop and enhance your dynamic, high-performing administrative leadership skills for the renewal and improvement of schools and school systems. The curriculum focuses on leadership models, supervision of personnel, implementation of policy, and the legal and social issues that affect the school system.
Upon completion of the Master of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, you may be eligible to apply for a California Administrative Services Certificate of Eligibility or Credential Tier I.
