Brandman University LinkedIn Networking Group

The Brandman University LinkedIn Networking Group allows students, staff and alumni of Brandman University, a part of the Chapman University System, to communicate with each other for professional networking. Using this service requires that you have a free LinkedIn account.

We encourage you to use the group as a way to connect with Brandman University - Chapman University System students, staff, and alumni from across the country. You can network, share resources and information of interest to the Brandman University - Chapman University System community. Post job leads, seek career/academic advice or discuss news related to your studies or profession.

Subgroups LinkedIn subgroups give Brandman LinkedIn group members more opportunities to connect with fellow students, alumni and faculty. Only members of the Brandman University LinkedIn Networking Group are allowed to join these subgroups.

Current LinkedIn subgroups include:

Brandman University Current Students: For currently enrolled students at Brandman University to network, share career resources and discuss academic coursework/university news and events
Brandman University Alumni: For alumni of Brandman University - Chapman University System to network and share career resources
Brandman University Faculty and Staff: For current faculty and staff to discuss university news and events
Recruiters: For job postings and announcements from corporate recruiters and HR professionals

Subgroup topics are chosen at the discretion of Brandman University staff based on user interest. Subgroups are regularly monitored for user activity. If there is no significant user activity in a subgroup after a period of time, existing users may be notified of the group's removal.

Brandman University LinkedIn Networking Group Guidelines

Brandman University monitors posts and comments to LinkedIn - please be aware of our guidelines when participating:

Derogatory and threatening comments and images will be removed immediately. Users are free to discuss topics and disagree with another, but please be respectful of others' opinions.
Do not post offensive, obscene or sexually explicit language or photos - such posts will be removed immediately and you will be removed from the group.
For your own safety and security, please refrain from posting personal contact information (home phone numbers, mailing addresses, personal e-mail addresses, etc.) on the LinkedIn community message boards.
Do not use the space as a marketplace to sell or trade personal goods. We encourage you to use the space as a platform to share information about your work and professionals services. However, commercial advertisements, solicitations and promotions are not allowed.
