This program provides credentialed teachers the opportunity to earn the CTC authorized Professional Reading Certificate.
Candidates entering this program must meet the admission standards for a Chapman University College Teacher Credential Program (see above) and hold a valid California Teaching Credential. Prior to filing for the certificate, the candidate must have completed three years of teaching experience in any grade preschool through adult exclusive of student teaching, internship teaching, or teaching while holding an emergency permit.
