Faculty and students requesting Blackboard assistance need to have immediate access to their computer and ensure that it is functioning properly in order for the Blackboard Support Team to troubleshoot any issues concerning the Blackboard platform. Faculty and students should also have the following information ready:

• username (the username is before the @ symbol in your email address)
• Course Teaching in /Enrolled in
