Welcome to Extended Education!
For the past 25 years, Extended Education has met the needs of our community, and we are poised to continue to serve our stakeholders with relevant, cutting edge, programming.
This is an exciting time to be involved with Extended Education. As the entrepreneurial arm of both Brandman University and Chapman University, we are developing new program areas as well as refining our traditional program areas. We are truly living the Brandman motto of “heritage + innovation”.
Building on our heritage of providing applications-based professional development programs for individuals and businesses, we are expanding our offerings of workforce development focused courses and certification programs. These programs and courses span business, management, technology, education, leadership, health and wellness topics for entry level through executive leadership.
Innovation is most evident in our Extended Education’s new role as a partner with our academic schools. In order to provide prospective students with the ability to “test drive” a degree program, build a bank of academic credits to later be applied toward degree completion, or focus on an emphasis or credential, Extended Education is now developing and delivering courses that carry academic credit.
