Leadership Services Program

Utilizing data-driven curriculum, an experiential learning environment, and instructors with solid business backgrounds and significant leadership experience, the Brandman University Leadership Services Program equips existing and emerging leaders to maximize performance and deliver immediate results.  Both open-enrollment and custom leadership development programs emphasize individualized learning and enable participants to apply knowledge and skills directly to their workplace environment.

By incorporating industry best practices with a strong academic foundation, leaders develop the skills necessary to improve their organization’s performance, as well as their own professional capabilities. Each participant creates and implements an Individual Development Plan that incorporates learning teams, a leadership challenge, action plans, success factors, meetings with an internal sponsor and a Capstone presentation.
