This series of workshops is designed for healthcare practitioners and augments clinical education with leadership skills to advance individual career goals and organizational objectives. Each workshop combines theory with practical applications immediately applicable to participants' professional settings.
These workshops are appropriate for clinicians who are transitioning or seeking to transition into administrative, management or executive roles. Medical and non-medical personnel and staff who aspire to become directors, executives, administrators or other positions of leadership within the healthcare industry will also find tremendous value in the knowledge and skills taught.

Workshops are held three times per year with rotating topics. Participants are welcome to one or more workshops. Modules are also available for corporate trainings. Workshops are conveniently held in conjunction with the Brandman Nursing programs' immersion schedule.
