This course is designed to provide students a better understanding of the personal traits, skills and strengths associated with effective organizational leadership. With emphasis on the applicability of concepts to a law enforcement work environment, students will develop key competencies that are rooted in strategic leadership, organization savvy, and resource management. In this 12-week, 45-hour program, participants learn best practices in organizational leadership including how to:

- Design and implement an effective leadership succession process
