This course is designed to provide students a better understanding of the personal traits, skills and strengths associated with successful leadership. With emphasis on the applicability of concepts to a law enforcement work environment, students will develop key leadership competencies that are rooted in the individual and explore their impact on the organization. In this 12-week, 45-hour program, participants learn best practices in personal leadership including how to:
