Brandman University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering services on its behalf. Through the Web-based Student Self-Service program, students can:

  • Order transcripts 24/7 via a secure Web site

  • Pay for transcripts using a major credit card

  • Track an order online using their e-mail address and order number

How to Order your Transcripts…

redarrowright Students with a WebAdvisor Account:

  1. Login to WebAdvisor* 
  2. Go to the Students Menu
  3. Select Brandman-National Student Clearinghouse Self-Service
  4. Proceed to Order or Track a Transcript

redarrowright Students without a WebAdvisor Account:

  1. Please place your order directly through the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center

Requests for official transcripts from students with financial holds will not be processed. Please do not order transcripts until your grades are posted, as transcript requests will expire in 30 days.
