<div>From Farm to Fork. Food science deals with all technical aspects of foods, beginning with harvesting or slaughtering, and ending with its cooking and consumption. While it is considered one of the life sciences, it is distinctly different from the field of nutrition. Taught by food experts, the food science short courses are delivered using a blend of in-class and online education.</div>
<div> </div>
<h6>Who are these courses for?</h6>The food science courses prepare students for careers in the food and nutrition industries: food development, quality control, sensory specialist, flavor chemist, food safety, fitness, nutrition, food production, government, research, education and for further graduate studies.
