Responsibilities of Faculty
- curriculum oversight
- hiring, mentoring, and managing adjunct faculty
- student mentoring
- class scheduling
- university service and committee work
- research is not required but is supported.
Successful candidates for the faculty positions will possess an earned doctorate with higher education teaching experience and a commitment to working with adult students. Experience with distance learning and academic technology preferred.
Education Faculty positions - three years of K-12 public school teaching experience is recommended.
Psychology Faculty positions - must have an earned doctorate in Psychology or Marriage Family Therapy with the appropriate state licensing.
All Brandman University Faculty positions are non-tenure track.
Full-time positions offer competitive salaries and are effective August 2009.
