Female Veterans experience a myriad of transitions throughout their military careers and civilian lives and each presents a unique set of challenges.When leaving the practices of the military-structured world to a collegiate one, they are not only balancing redefining themselves as civilians, but also as students.

Please join us as we discuss:

  • An in depth profile of the female student veteran
  • Explore the various transitions they experience and the struggles they face
  • How to manage the various changes and challenges proactively


Event presented in partnership with the Brandman University Veteran Resource Center.

Amy Repp, M.S., currently serves as Brandman University's Program Coordinator forMilitary Services and manages the Veteran Center at the Irvine Campus. Previously shehas worked for the Department of Defense in Germany as a family therapist for active duty military families, as well as the New Start Program at Colorado State University working with Veterans with disabilities. Ms. Repp holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Counseling and is a licensed MFT and Guidance Counselor.
