Brandman well-represented at annual meeting of the Association of American Colleges & Universities
Brandman University administrators and faculty members gave several presentations at the annual meeting of the Association of American Colleges & Universities (AAC&U) in Washington, D.C., Jan. 21-24.
- Dr. Laurie Dodge, vice chancellor of Institutional Assessment & Planning and vice provost, presented during a session titled “Competency-Based Education & the ‘Iron Triangle’: Demonstrating How Protecting Quality, Expanding Access and Containing Costs Can Effectively Address the Equity Imperative.”
- Dr. Jeremy Korr, dean of Arts & Sciences, gave a presentation titled “Picture This! General Education in a Competency-Based Environment” and led a seminar session titled “Are High Impact Practices Relevant for 21st Century Non-traditional Students?”
- Dr. Michael McGuire and Dr. Ned Camuso, associate deans of Arts & Sciences, also attended and participated in a variety of sessions.
