‘Contagious Culture’ speaker, Struppa address to highlight Ed.D. event
Inspiring speakers, inspired students and showcase of projects highlighting transformational change will make up the June immersion for Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership program June 23-26. The immersion is held at the Costa Mesa Hilton in Costa Mesa, California.
The final immersion for this academic year is also geared toward introducing potential students to the program. Among the options are:

Cavanaugh is the creator of the IEP Method®, a training program that centers on teaching leaders how to improve the impact they have on others by paying attention to their intention, energy and presence. Her Brandman presentation focuses on the concept of “Contagious Culture,” the name of her latest book about leadership roles.
Attending the Taste of Immersion from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday. Participants will be able to explore Ed.D. students’ Transformational Change Projects, meeting faculty and cohort mentors and listen to Chapman University President Daniele Struppa talk about his first year leading the university.
