Mentoring Institute meeting features Brandman staff, faculty
Angela Haugh, director of Brandman’s Teacher Accreditation Department, and Dr. Annie Hough-Everage, a professor in the School of Education and state chair of Clinical Services, recently collaborated to talk about how they mentored and provided professional development to Brandman’s clinical coordinators and university supervisors at the 2015 Mentoring Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The annual conference was held at the University of New Mexico where the Mentoring Institute is a division of student affairs. The theme for the conference was “New Perspectives in Mentoring: A Quest for Leadership Excellence and Innovation.” Hough and Haugh presented “Mentoring and Professional Development for University Supervisors and Campus Coordinators,” noting the ways Brandman provides mentoring over its distributed system. A poster presentation followed the well-attended presentation.
