Pamela Lusk, DNP, RN, PMHNP-BC
Associate Professor Director, Post Masters to DNP Program
Prior to joining Brandman University Pam taught graduate specialty classes for PMHNP DNP students at Arizona State University, and integrated mental health care into a primary care clinic housed in the ASU College of Nursing. Her clinical work includes both evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management for patients of all ages. She serves as the Director of the Southwest Health Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Child, Adolescent and Young Adult Depression and Anxiety Disorders. A cognitive behavioral skills building program - COPE is standard treatment for young people seen at the SW Health Center, and studies are ongoing to measure outcomes from the COPE intervention. Prior to joining ASU, Pam taught in the Nursing Program at Northern Arizona University, and practiced as a PMHNP at the Northern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care System and in rural community mental health clinics.
