Admission Process & Deadlines

Admission deadlines to the School of Nursing and Health Professions vary by program. Carefully review deadlines below. 

Completed applications, including transcripts, GRE Analytical writing score, and all admission requirements must be received no later than the posted deadline for priority review. Applications received after the priority deadline will be reviewed only if there is space available after the admission process has been completed. Late applications that are not reviewed will be processed for the next application cycle.

Ayur-Vedic Mother-Baby Certificate

Brandman University's School of Nursing and Health Professions, in conjunction with the department of Extended Education, provides Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for NURU 420-Transcendental Meditation (2 credits) and NURU 421-Good Health Through Prevention (3 credits). While CEU courses are open to anyone, the Mother-Baby Certificate, however, is only available to RN's. 

  • For applicants needing to take Transcendental Meditation and starting the program in January 2012: You must attend the immersion session at the Irvine Campus January 4 - 7, 2012.
     
  • For applicants who have taken Transcendental Meditation and starting program in January 2012: You must attend the immersion session at the Irvine Campus January 4 -5, 2012.

These credit-bearing courses are delivered through Extended Education and may begin prior to being admitted to Brandman University.
