HANFORD, CA — Brandman University invites educators and teachers looking for new positions to the Hanford campus for a special career fair on Wednesday, March 6. School districts with immediate openings will be on hand to review resumes and conduct on-the-spot interviews. Positions being filled include K-12 single and multiple subjects, and special education in multiple schools including Hanford Elementary, Hanford High School, Lemoore Elementary, Coalinga-Huron, and Exeter. 

“If you are a teacher looking for a great position in the area, you don’t want to miss this event,” said event organizer Shelsy Hutchison, Manager of Community Relations Brandman. “We have teamed up with several schools to provide this opportunity for educators who are looking for a new job, and there are a number of open positions that school districts need to fill. Last year we held this event and I know of 8 people who were immediately hired.”

Hutchison encourages job seekers to wear professional attire, bring copies of resume/credentials, and come prepared to be interviewed. The event is free and no RSVP is required, but proof of credentials, internship eligibility (or proof of completion by Fall 2013) is required to attend.
