Dr. Michael A. Moodian has taught within the Chapman University system since 2007, and is currently an assistant professor of social science at Brandman University. Dr. Moodian is the editor of the textbook Contemporary Leadership and Intercultural Competence (Sage Publications), and author of the local history book Rancho Santa Margarita (Arcadia Publishing). In addition to his books, Dr. Moodian has written numerous journal articles, book chapters, and commentaries on a variety of topics. He received the 2008-09 Teacher of the Year Award at Chapman's Irvine academic center. Dr. Moodian is an executive board member of the World Affairs Council of Orange County, TAALK and the Society of Educators and Scholars.
