Serving primarily non-traditional students and adult learners, Brandman University values the success of its students. The attached fact book tables outlinethe retention rates and graduation rates, as required and reported to the National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES)’s Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS).
- For the IPEDS Fall Enrollment data collection, the University is required to report retention rates for first-time bachelor’s degree-seeking students entering in the fall timeframe and re-enrolling one year later.
- For the IPEDS Outcome Measures data collection, the University is required to report graduation rates for first-time and non-first-time degree/certificate-seeking undergraduates entering in an annual timeframe (July 1 – June 30) and receiving an undergraduate award within four years (100% time to degree completion), six years (150% time to degree completion), and eight years (200% time to degree completion).
