Gain the necessary training to prepare for the APICS CPIM Part 1 Exam from Master APICS Instructor Nick Testa. In this course, you will learn the fundamental concepts of supply chain including planning, stream mapping, demand management, production planning and input/output control. Furthermore, you will learn how to address the bottlenecks of complex systems and gain an understanding of carrying costs, trade-offs, inventory turnover and safety stock. At the end of this course, you will master the body of knowledge related to the basics of supply chain management and be prepared to take the APICS CPIM Part 1 Exam.

Course Materials and Exam Voucher
The course materials and CPIM Part 1 Exam voucher are included in the tuition cost. You will receive a one-year subscription to the APICS CPIM Part 1 Learning System and a textbook.

Course Structure
Each week, you will access the course through Brandman’s online learning platform which allows you to engage with the instructor and other classmates in discussions, work on case studies and exercises that reinforce your learning from the APICS CPIM Part 1 Learning System.

Nick is a Master Instructor for APICS Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Series, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Series and Lean Enterprise Workshop Series.

Nick served as President and Chairman of APICS and in a wide variety of international, national, and local positions, including as chair of the APICS Annual International Conference. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the APICS Orange County Chapter.
