This course not only prepared me for my exam, it also gave me an overall view of the career I would be pursuing. In addition, the professor provided great mentorship and career advice.
When I first began the course, I knew only the bare minimum concerning HR. Though I worked in the field, terms and regulations were foreign to me. Now, I am able to properly relate to what is being stated at the table of discussion and can participate at an expert level.
The appeal of an on-campus class with an instructor is why I chose Brandman. The heavy material is more digestible when opened up for discussion in class and explained with stories and examples provided by the instructor. Dennis' breadth of experience in all aspects of HR, as well as, his likability and ability to review/explain concepts made choosing him as the instructor, and Brandman as the school a very easy decision and one I am glad I made.
