At Brandman University, we understand that every person’s paths in life and learning are different which is why we have paved many different roads that all lead to graduation. Find a route that fits your personal portfolio and learning styles. Whether you are looking to transfer from one of our partner community colleges, have alternative course credit to apply to your degree, or have hands on training from your military or professional background, Brandman can help you along your journey.
Transfer from any regionally accredited college or university, and we’ll help you apply as many credits as possible toward your degree. We have partnered with our local community colleges to develop direct transfer pathways for students to help streamline the process. In addition, if your college is our Early Advantage Program (EAP) partners, you may qualify for a 10% tuition scholarship upon transferring to Brandman University. Faculty and staff of our EAP partners can also take advantage of scholarship opportunities and advance their educations, careers, and ultimately further enhance our educational community. Brandman University also accepts state transfer certifications and other approved pathways to many of its programs.
Originally founded to serve the unique needs of military personnel and their families then expanding to serve all nontraditional students, Brandman University offers flexible and affordable degree-completion options. Our mission is to serve the unique needs of working adults in a variety of industries which is why we have created pathways to maximize your previous learnings. We have developed direct pathways for teachers who successfully complete a CTC-approved BTSA induction, General Education Induction, or the Clear Education Specialist Induction programs to receive a block credit grant towards a Master’s degree. Alternatively professionals with recognized certifications in human resources, payroll, and information technology may be able to substitute courses for recognized curriculum. We are proud to partner with other educational organizations whose missions align with ours to serve nontraditional and adult students. Our network includes collaborating with institutions such as StraighterLine, Saylor Academy, and the American Council on Education through its Alternative Credit Project (ACE). Each of our partners offer unique advantages to students including low tuition or sometimes free tuition for general education courses, accelerated and pace-driven classes, advanced fully-online learning platforms and more. These pathways can drastically reduce your educational costs while fast-tracking you to graduation since Brandman accepts our partner courses towards your degree.
