This program is designed to develop the conceptual and interpersonal skills needed to allow leaders to include value-centered, service-driven principles into their everyday operating philosophies and styles. The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership merges theory and practice to help mid-level career professionals to have a heightened awareness of their capabilities and limitations as change agents.
Students will explore areas such as democracy, ethics, systems, teams and organizational development. The goal of the program is to teach graduates the skills needed center a culture on the creation and attainment of a common vision.
Students seeking a certificate program only are not eligible for financial aid. Courses taken after completion of a degree program in order to complete the certificate are not eligible for financial aid.
All graduate admissions options listed below require an earned baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
Admission Grade Point Average (GPA) Requirements:
Option One – GPA required 3.00 or Higher
Option Two – GPA between 2.50 and 2.99, qualifying score on GRE, MAT or GMAT
Option Three – An earned master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution
Option Four – GPA below 2.50, Portfolio
