The Master of Science in Human Resources program is designed to provide you with the specialized skills and knowledge to maximize employee engagement and optimize organizational performance.
You will learn the fundamentals of HR including strategic management, staffing, training and development, compensation, conflict and negotiation, employee benefits and legal issues.
The program focuses on theoretical and practical applications of human resources, and examines the role of the human resources practitioner as a change agent and strategic partner.
