Q. When can I RSVP for commencement?
A. Eligible candidates for commencement will receive an email starting in February to their Brandman email with RSVP information and deadlines.
Q. How do I confirm my eligibility for an honors cord?
A. You will be able to view your honors cord eligibility status when you access your RSVP form via MyBrandman (available in February). If it states you are eligible, you may purchase an honors cord by contacting the Agoras Gift Shop at (714) 997-6718, option 3 (available in March). Please also review the Cap, Gown and Honors Cord section for more information, which is under the Info for Grads tab for your corresponding commencement location. Q. How do I order my cap, gown and memorabilia?
A. Balfour College Graduation Products is the only company authorized by Brandman University to provide official Brandman graduation regalia and custom announcements. Reminder: students without commencement attire will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony. Please be sure to review the order deadlines on the Information for Graduates section for your ceremony. Doctoral students may rent or purchase regalia through the Agoras Gift Shop by emailing email@example.com. If you have any questions, please include them in your email or call 714-997-6718, option 3.
Q. Are tickets necessary for commencement ceremonies?
A. The Southern, Northern, Lemoore and Whidbey Island ceremonies do not require tickets for admission. For all other campuses, please contact the campus directly.
Q. What is a boarding pass?
A. For Northern and Southern ceremonies only: A boarding pass serves as your reader card for the ceremony and it will contain your name, address, academic program and line-up information. It will be presented to the reader on stage to announce your name at the ceremony. Only those candidates who have RSVP will receive a boarding pass via your Brandman email the week of the ceremony. Please remember to print your boarding pass and bring it with you to the ceremony.
Q. When should I expect to receive my boarding pass?
A. For Northern and Southern ceremonies only: Boarding passes will be emailed the week of the ceremony to your Brandman account. Information will include time and location of the ceremony, along with line-up instructions. For all other campuses, please contact the campus directly.
Q. When will I receive line up information?
A. For Northern and Southern ceremonies only: Line up information will be emailed to you along with your boarding pass the week of the ceremony to your Brandman email account. For all other campuses, please contact the campus directly.
