Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD)

Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) online courses keep you up-to-date with strategies and learning theories. Upon successful completion of course requirements, participants can receive graduate-level professional development credit through Brandman University. These credits are not part of a degree program but instead are primarily used for professional advancement such as salary increment steps and recertification. Students should seek approval of appropriate district or college officials before enrolling in these courses to satisfy any degree, state credential, or local school district requirements.

Phonics Dance

The Boomerang Project: Link Crew or WEB Basic

The boomerang project houses the student orientation and transition programs equally dedicated to both educators and students. Link Crew is a high school transition program that increases freshman success. Members of the junior and senior class are trained to be Link Leaders who act as positive role models, motivators, mentors and teachers helping guide the freshmen to discover what it takes to be successful during the transition to high school. WEB is a middle school transition program that welcomes 6th/7th graders and makes them feel comfortable throughout the first year of their middle school experience.
