Diane Singer brings 25 years of experience in business and education to the marketing classroom. At IBM and AT&T, Diane served in sales and marketing leadership roles as a call center technologies and systems networking subject matter expert.  Her work involved designing systems to serve companies like Apple, Avery Dennison, Hilton Hotels, Disney and Nintendo.
