Dr. Kat Ringenbach is Associate Professor for Psychology for Brandman University. Prior to her teaching career, she worked as a consultant in areas such as developing selection and promotion tests, survey instruments, statistical manuals for a personality measures, job performance measurement, online and blended content, assessment rubrics, and competency based education content and assessment. She started as an adjunct teaching psychology for Chapman University College in 1993. She was selected as Faculty of the Year in 2007, 2008, and 2014. She served as President of Faculty Assembly from 2009 to 2013.
