Laura Galloway

Laura Galloway is a full-time faculty member. Laura is a certified Executive Coach, an Instructional Designer, and curriculum developer in Higher Education.  She has served as Director of Human Resources in the educational arena and has over ten years of experience in adult education in both academic and corporate environments with a strong background and extensive experience in providing innovative academic and professional support services and programs to diverse adult student populations.  Her expertise includes strategic planning, program development, organizational behavior, systems, organizational development, course design, instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory.  She has taught courses in multiple disciplines including Leadership and Management. Her consulting work includes specialization in Human Resources Systems and Development for mid size, non-profit organizations. 

Laura Galloway graduated from Chapman University College, now Brandman University with a M.A. in Organizational Leadership and emphasis  in Human Resource Management. She received her second M.A. degree in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, where she also a PhD candidate
