Micaela Gomez

Dr. Gomez is a Senior Lecturer (part-time core faculty) within Brandman University’s School of Education.  In addition to teaching, she oversees the graduate programs in school psychology and counseling at the Modesto campus as well as supervising the training of school psychology and school counseling interns.   She also oversees the MFT program within the School of Arts and Sciences, which recently started at the Modesto Campus.  She began working at Brandman University in 2007 as an adjunct professor until she was hired as a Senior Lecturer in 2008.  She currently works full-time as a School Psychologist in a local school district, where she has specialized in the assessment of English Language Learners and children with Autism for the last decade.  She has also been a Licensed Educational Psychologist in California for the last 5 years.   Dr. Gomez is a graduate of California State University, Stanislaus, Chapman University, and Capella University.
