Conrad was able to offer crucial guidance for helping the state to adopt a special learning management system platform which allows IT teams to identify and fix accessibility issues. Over 70 of the 113 community colleges in California are already adopting it.

Project: Implementation of a Self-Check-in System in a Vet Center
Arman was able to transform operational protocol and customer satisfaction of the community-based counseling center and improve patient check-in, eliminate issues related to patient privacy, and improve self-reported satisfaction ratings.
