Conrad was able to offer crucial guidance for helping the state to adopt a special learning management system platform which allows IT teams to identify and fix accessibility issues. Over 70 of the 113 community colleges in California are already adopting it.

Arman was able to transform operational protocol and customer satisfaction of the community-based counseling center and improve patient check-in, eliminate issues related to patient privacy, and improve self-reported satisfaction ratings.

Herrera used her project to create an impact at SOAR High School by changing it from an overly intense academically-focused culture to a culture of student wellness.

Powalski put the plans in place to transform the command culture at The Installation Personnel Administration Center by establishing and incorporating strategies to recognize, reward, and sustain project facilitation as a valued leadership trait regardless of a person’s rank.
