No matter how good our intentions are to be free of prejudice, we all have implicit biases that can have a serious impact on our work in schools. In this webinar, participants will explore the concept of implicit bias and begin to understand the necessity of cultural awareness being a top priority to move beyond bias. Walk away with strategies to engage in compassionate dialogue in order to address the needs of your diverse schools and communities.
