In this webinar you will:

  • Understand how anxiety affects students and adults, especially during this time of uncertainty
  • Gain resources to deepen your understanding of anxiety and how to address it
  • Learn ready-to-apply strategies and long term techniques to support yourself and students coping with anxiety

Everyone who registers for the webinar will receive a follow up email the following business day after the webinar with a link to the recording and the slide deck. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
