Deb Ferber, assistant professor in the School of Business and Professional Studies, connected alumni and current students to the advantages and challenges of being entrepreneurs through a webinar sponsored by Career Services and Alumni Relations.

Deb Ferber had both an in-person and remote office for the Entrepreneur 101 webinar.

Ferber, who works with entrepreneurs both in her classes and through her venture capital work with Tech Coast Angels, offered advice on getting started, legal requirements, what it takes to be an entrepreneur and how to overcome some of. the challenges of finding funding and staying in business.
