Summer barbecue in Irvine celebrates successful year

August 15, 2016 by Cindy O'Dell

GuessingIt wouldn’t be summer without a barbecue.  To make the most of the season, the Irvine campus and central administration of Brandman University celebrated with make-your-own sliders and delicious salads and treats, a raffle for tumblers filled with M&M’s and the chance to win a variety of summer-themed prizes with the correct estimate of the number of M&M’s in the tumbler connected to each prize. Rosemary Booth, Mary Opperman, Kelly Rico, Shannon Feightner and Valerie Laflamme organized and managed the event, which could not have been done without the help of Ralph Savastano, according to Booth.

Summer props added to the fun.
