Chancellor gives keynote address on innovation at conference

Chancellor Gary Brahm gives the keynote address at the CALEM conference.

Brandman University was well represented at the CALEM conference focusing on enrolling adult learners. Chancellor Gary Brahm was the keynote speaker and talked about “Brandman University – Creating a Culture of Innovation.”

Executive Vice Chancellor Saskia Knight, who leads enrollment and student affairs initiatives at the university, and Vice Chancellor of Strategic Initiatives Shelly Neal offered their views as panel members for a session called “The Changing Nature of Adult Students – and Adult Serving Units.”

The conference met July 19-21 in Alexandria, Virginia. The 2016 program addressed what 2015 conference attendees identified as the biggest challenges for university serving adult learners. More information about enrolling at Brandman University is available here.
