The Solano County Retired Teachers Association recently honored two students from Brandman’s Fairfield campus with scholarships. Maria Geluz and Rachel Williams, who are both working toward their single-subject teaching credentials, each received $2,500 toward their educations. Campus Director Linda Montenegro and One Stop staff members Pat Bielawski and Mario Jorge joined the students for a luncheon at the Rancho-Solano County Club to help them celebrate their awards. Geluz and Williams both work at schools in the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District.
