Alumni Association president featured in ‘Coaching for Leaders’ podcast

Janine Lombardi podcast promoJanine Lombardi, president of the Brandman University Alumni Association and an instructor with the School of Extended Education, joined “Coaching for Leaders” host Dave Stachowiak for his 231st podcast, “Strategize Your Energy Use for Better Results.

Fellow Brandman School of Extended Education adjunct faculty member Susan K. Gerke recommended Lombardi for the podcast on how leaders can better manage physical and mental energy. Among other recommendations, Lombardi suggested creating a gratitude journal, reliving a positive experience for two minutes each day and thanking someone for something each day in order to fuel mental energy.

Stachowiak, an Orange County resident, has been creating weekly podcasts since 2011 and is executive vice president for talent development with Dale Carnegie of Southern Los Angeles. Lombardi founder and CEO of J9 Leading Solutions.
