Dr. Deborah Ferber, assistant professor in the School of Business and Professional Studies, was honored recently at the Tech Coast Angels holiday banquet held at the Balboa Yacht Club.

Ferber thanked outgoing president John Harbison for mentoring her so she could, in turn, help the next generation of entrepreneurs and future business leaders at Brandman University.

Tech Coast Angels is a leading source of funding to early-stage companies. Tech Coast Angels members have invested nearly $119 million and helped attract more than $1.4 billion in additional capital for various companies. Ferber is also a member of Tech Coast Angels.
