Athena Vernon, manager of Community and Corporate Relations at the Victorville campus, with the contributions being gathered for the Victor Valley Rescue Mission.

The Victorville campus is participating in a food and toy drive to support the Victor Valley Rescue Mission. The mission offers a wide range of life changing treatment programs that address the whole person – body, mind and spirit. They offer services free of charge to the poor and needy in the community.

Staff, faculty and students in Victorville are joining together to collect toys and canned food at the campus through Dec. 18.  Jeremy George, volunteer coordinator and Athena Vernon, manager of Community & Corporate Relations for the Victorville campus, are coordinating the drive.
