Brandman faculty member’s efforts lead to $1 million for grandPad
Ferber represented the Brandman University Community Outreach project for sales mentoring and co-led the raising of Angel funding for the project. Working with Ferber were John Harbison, president of Tech Coast Angels and Shan Steinmark, director of Chapman University’s Ralph W. Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics.
Ferber invested in the student project, guiding grandPad co-founder Issac Lien with networking and sales coaching. She helped to raise funding with UCLA Angels, Pasadena Angela, San Diego Angels, L.A. Angels, Tech Coast Angels and Harvard Angels. The project raised $1 million.
