Seminar series concludes with free session on implementing change without resistance
Brandman University School of Extended Education is offering a free seminar aimed at business owners, CEOs, directors, managers, team leaders, educators and administrators interested in learning the stages of change, key components for success and best practices for progressing through each stage.
“How to Implement Change without Resistance: An Agile Approach” on Nov. 11 concludes the 2015 Now event series. It meets from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Brandman University at the Irvine campus. Diane Buckley, CEO of Core Performance Concepts, will lead the program. HRCI and PMI recertification credit hours are available for participants.
Organizations that don’t adapt and change for their market sector do not survive. This seminar will help participants understand the concepts of agile change management and provide tools and strategies to overcome and deal with change resistance.
