Brandman University hosted the Veteran Program Administrators of California (VPAC) on June 19. The meeting was coordinated by Vice Chancellor Nirmala Sharma and her staff in Military Services.

Mark Wilkerson of the Veterans Administration Regional Office in Los Angeles walked the 130 attendees through changes and exceptions to the 85/15 rule and other information important to administrators of college programs for veterans. The 85/15 rule restricts the number of students having all or part of their tuition, fees or other charges paid for them by the education institution or by the VA to 85 percent.
