Dr. Michelle Rosensitto, director of Brandman University’s Online Writing and Math Community (OWMC), and Dr. Margaret Moodian, lead professional tutor for OWMC, presented “Best Practices for Utilizing TutorTrac for an Online Tutoring Department” at the Redrock Software conference in Phoenix, Arizona, earlier this month. Representatives from colleges and universities around the United States attended the conference to enhance their knowledge of Redrock Software’s TutorTrac, an innovative student tracking and data management tool.
