Dean discusses CBE and equity at national education conference

Dr. Jeremy Korr, dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, presented information on Brandman University’s competency-based Bachelor of Arts program at the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) national conference in San Diego on March 27.

Korr and co-presenter Dr. Corinne Gordon, faculty coordinator of personalized learning at Northern Arizona University, discussed “Approaches to Competency-Based Liberal Education That Enhance Access and Equity.” The conference theme was “Diversity, Learning, and Student Success: Assessing and Advancing Inclusive Excellence.”
