Dr. A.L. Hough-Everage joined 11 other women leaders from San Bernardino County in a panel discussion about the opportunities and challenges they have faced throughout their professional lives as part of the Women’s History Month Celebration at Victor Valley Community College on March 25.

Hough-Everage also gave a morning session presentation, “Communicating for Success,” advising women on how to leave a positive digital footprint in a youth-oriented society.

The theme for this year’s event was “Weaving the Stories of Women’s Lives.” In addition to sessions on creating a professional image, empowering self and re-imagining life’s possibilities, attendees could choose self-defense training, Zumba, beauty consultations and makeovers.
