Dr. Jeremy Korr, dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, and Dr. Ellen Derwin, associate dean of Arts and Sciences, presented “General Education in a Mobile App: The Competency-Based Experience” at the General Education and Assessment Conference of the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U). The conference, which focused on the latest research and practices in higher education and assessment, took place in Kansas City, Missouri, on Feb. 19-21. Korr and Derwin gave their presentation on Feb. 20.
